Dreaming of a new world
Got the blogs linked up on the site finally, its not exactly how i wanted it but im letting go of perfection and letting it be for now.
I'm excited mermaid season has begun and I'm outside dancing with my dance team again. Recently I've been seeing TikToks about old tech, cyber decks and solar punk aesthetics.
one woman brought up how most Solarpunk artwork is AI and for people to comment what they'd like to see, in hopes artists will see the post and create.
I think this is really cool and would love to create some stuff, I'll try but sometimes work and mundane life get in the way of my whimsy, im usually exhausted and mentally depleted by the time i get home.
Someone brought up Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind as a reference and I agree, i'd also like to imagine something perhaps more soft and venusian, I imagine the movie hackers and idk the future we were promised.
Maybe if i imagine a beautiful world , maybe if enough of us do,if enough of us take small steps , make small changes each day, maybe it can somehow manifest into this reality.
a place where theres enough for everyone, where we listen to understand, where we use our innovative creation and technology to be good stewards to our planet.
Unrelated, Anime I've been watching: - In the clear Moonlit Dusk - Tamon's B-Side - Hell's Paradise: Jigokuraku - Jujutsu Kaisen I think this is the first time in a long time Ive just written something without worrying so much if it sounded good or not, feels good. ♡
